We are delighted to host you at our home! Please note that rates do not include a 12% meals and rooms tax.

‍ ‍ Booking price for a 2 night stay is $1400 + tax. $200 cleaning fee is included.

$550 for each additional night.

10% discount for stays of 7 days or more.

Below you’ll find our rules and what you can expect during your stay:

Please know that we live on site in a separate basement apartment while hosting guests. The home you stay in is completely separate and you will have little to no interaction with us if that is your preference.

Additionally, we do have two friendly dogs that we allow outside to walk about the property. They tend to give a bark as a greeting with newcomers, but they grow used to you quickly and will befriend you in no time. If you have allergies or concerns interacting with dogs, please let us know and we’ll be sure they are away on your arrival.

Expectation & Rules

  • Checkin 3pm

  • Checkout 11am

  • No pets/animals

  • Alcohol is allowed

  • No parties or events

  • Quiet hours after 11pm

  • No cameras are inside the home

  • 2 nights minimum

  • All stays will have additional room tax added to final amount.

  • Maximum guests allowed is 8

  • No smoking of any kind inside the home

Cancellation Policy

Payment for your reservation is made at the time of your booking.

We provide a 100% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking if the booking is at least 14 days away.

100% refund 90 days before check-in.

50% refund between 90 and 30 days before check-in.

0% refund if cancelling within 30 days of your stay.
